All games played at the Hub in Glendale Heights, 250 Civic Centre Plaza, Glendale Heights, IL 60139
First Game starts at 4PM, Last Game at 7PM

8v8 (G+7) – 55 minutes halves, 1 min break – 3 min between games
Running clock with few exceptions. No switching side after half time
Away Team Kicks Off
All Restarts are Indirect; Wall Distance is 7 Yards
No Offsides; Score from any distance
One Clock/Game Supervisor per Game. Captains to oversee the games and assist Referee
If team is short helping players from other teams are allowed, Bye team players has preference
Game must start with same number of minimum players on both teams: 8v8, 7v7, 6v6, 5v5
Team must have minimum 4 players from own roster to avoid forfeit
One Referee per game. Captains provide names of carded players to Ref before restart

$285 per Player
$140 for Goalies, Captains and Over 70
Players pay your captains by 11/10/2024
NO REFUNDS AND NO PAY PER GAME
Players injured for the season can receive credit for the next season
Captains must submit Final Roster & Waiver Form along with Full Payment BEFORE 11/10/2024

Players must be 50 years old and over, goalies 47+. No Players under 47 allowed.
New players over 47 are welcomed but will be under supervision and removed if skill, roughness and general behavior deemed excessive for our group
Only two (2) Under 50 players allowed per team
Players Must Show Driver’s License on Game Supervisor or Coordinator’s Request, No exceptions
New Players must be added to the team’s roster ~24 hours before the game by notifying Coordinator

NO GUEST PLAYERS ALLOWED WITHOUT WRITTEN CAPTAIN REQUEST AND APPROVAL TO/FROM COORDINATOR

Bye Team players will have priority when a team is short and needs help. Under 60 Bye players can only play 2 games by rule. They can play more if captains agree.
Captains decide among them how to share available players. Captains can say NO to other captains when an accord cannot be reached.
Goalies and over 60 players can be used as helpers without restrictions. The object here is to make sure a balanced and fair game is played.

Games are friendly, Respect Each Other – No Aggressive Play – Safety First!
No crashing or defensive shouldering into the boards. Refs will call fouls both ways.
You Touch Another Player, Ref, or Fan and you are OUT Forever – No Refunds
Coordinator can deny and remove any player from the league at anytime
Yellow Card, player must come out and replaced for 3 min – 2 yellow = 1 red
Red Card, player is out for the current game plus next game
2 Red Cards in one season and the player is out for the rest of the season
3 Red Cards in 2 Years and player is OUT of the League for Ever
Yellow cards are cleared at the start of a season
Red Cards are cleared after 2 years without a red card
